Sudley Village was built, starting in 1975, by the Yeonas Company and we are located in Western Prince William County in close proximity to Interstate 66.
We are a socially diverse and mixed economic community with a mix of single and two-story townhomes, totaling 44 homes. Of the 44 homes, 19 are non-resident owners.
The real estate values have risen dramatically. A two bed one bath home sold in 1976 for $28,800. A three bed one and a half bath sold in 1978 for $35,950.
Our community is governed by a volunteer board (Sudley Village Homeowners Association). The board currently consists of four members.
