Parking Lot Guidelines

Each homeowner has 2 parking spaces for a total of 88 spaces and is assigned 2 parking permits

If someone has parked in your spot without permission, you can contact Dominion Towing and Recovery at 703-330-6600. You will need to provide the space number, make and model and license tag. The owner of the vehicle needs to pay the towing fee in order to get their car returned.

All vehicles must be properly registered with appropriate tags and in working order. If your tags are expired and you're awaiting new tags, please place the DMV printout in your windows so that it's visible to avoid your vehicle being towed..

There are multiple no parking areas marked in yellow on the curb. Do not park in those areas - vehicles will be towed.  

Please be considerate of your neighbors.  If you’re expecting guests and have no space of your own available, please ask your guest to park on the street or you could ask a neighbor for permission to use any available space they may have. However, be mindful of the 6 PM patrol time and that any vehicle without a permit will be towed.

Under no circumstances, should a vehicle be parked behind an already occupied space.  This creates a hindrance and safety issue.

Each home owner has been issued two parking permits. In the event you require a replacement, please reach out to the HOA on the Contact Us page. The fee for each tag to be replaced is $50. Please be sure to provide your home address in the email. We will coordinate with you and the management company to have the replacement parking permit sent to you. 

Once the new parking permit has been issued, the former permit will be discontinued and no longer valid. If the old permit is found please do not place it on your vehicle. Vehicles will be towed if they are using a discontinued parking permit.
